Have some work-related video I need to edit, preferably frame by frame. Anyone know any good free software that can break-down or display an AVI file frame by frame?

took me a bit to make that do what I needed to do. Had to figure out how to go frame by frame on it...

It wouldn't be Microsoft if it was intuitive and easy!
I don't do much video work (underwater video for some survey work) but if I did I'd have a dedicated Mac for it!
