I was at Hingham harbor the last two nights at high tide. I saw these fish flashing a 2-3 inch greenish glow. They were in amongst a large school of minnows. I've seen plankton glow when you tip it but this was something different. Any one have an answer ? I've obseved the waters around these parts for a long time but never seen these before.
