Where do you get a kit to copy this plug? I need demensions , lips  etc or is it feehand & router work? Jim

i will try to get something to email to you and you can cut it out.
the first few i did was freehand but then i got thr router spining and its much faster that way

you got a pm.
size its 5/8 thick after all the sanding and i use cedar plank you can get at the depot.

The bottom one sure looks happy. I can hear it going "doo dee doo, doo dee doo" just swimming along without a care in the world, them WHAM! Big ole blue tries to cut it in half. Poor thing never had a chance.
