THIS WINTER STORM WARNING COVERS NORTHERN CONNECTICUT...NORTHERN
RHODE ISLAND...AND NEARBY SECTIONS OF MASSACHUSETTS. THIS INCLUDES
THE COMMUNITIES OF HARTFORD...WILLIMANTIC...WOONSOCKET...PROVIDENCE...
SPRINGFIELD...WORCESTER...NORWOOD...BROCKTON AND TAUNTON.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 14 INCHES ARE EXPECTED IN THIS AREA. THE
