Penn12T International

*280.00 Shipped* Firm.
They sell well over 300.00 for similar used reels on Ebay
Would probably consider discussing a trade for a good condition 50 if you are looking to downsize.

Reel has a few dings (which came in the basement or fishing tote bag) on the outside frame but otherwise perfect. It has 100 yds of 50lb dacron and 400 yds of 25 mono put on this winter. Used maybe 1/2 dozen times.

This is a great reel for lighter stand-up rods, and isnt made anymore by Penn. Load it with braid (it holds 850yds of 12lb mono equivilant) and you have a killer light Bluefin or load it with heavier mono and have the ultimate bass reel.

All the specs are below. This is just a bit too light for the Canyons, and hasn't seen the use it was expected to see. Selling it to put money towards a 50.

From www.scottsbt.com:
REEL INFO: International Tournament Single Speed- No other reel has done more to shape the world of big game angling than the Penn single-speed International. Models in this series range from the massive 80TW to the light and fast 12T IGFA class reel. The 12T reel is designed for light tackle use on medium-weight gamefish such as wahoo, striped marlin and similar fish. Each and every International is built in the USA to rigid specifications. (1992 Penn Catalog)

HISTORY: In 1997 this reel was replaced by the 12LT model, which has similar specifications.

Name/Series: 12T - International Tournament.
Construction:

Machine-cut, heat-treated stainless steel main and pinion gears and drag cams.
Machined, gold anodized one-piece frame.
Four aircraft-grade, sealed stainless steel ball bearings.
Stainless steel reel stand.

Features:

Loud, durable clicker.
forged and machined spool and side plates.
Adjustable pre-set.
