Fresh, properly bled/gutted and iced albie meat is pretty good...

RAW!

Poor man's sashimi: Slice thin portions, arrange on a plate, squeeze a little lemon and lime juice, throw in the >freezer< for 10 minutes to firm up the meat. Serve with soy sauce and Japanese horseradish.

Tastes a bit like real tuna...with a hint of a "pine" taste.

BTW I think it is *terrible* cooked.

You are telling me that nasty, bloody meat tastes good?

They are fun to catch, but they are SHARK BAIT! BLEAAUGH!

Just let them go after having fun with them. Just my opinion, of course.
