My next door neighbor tried it. Drank it like it was beer. Said it was way different than being just drunk. Now he says he knows why the Impressionists painted that way. Sounds fun.

No thanks. I don't want to end up stumbling around the East Side of Providence in an absinthe stupor, muttering to myself like some modern-day Edgar Allan Poe.

Nevermore, nevermore.

after the superbowl, me and a friend drank a bottle of French absynth that he brought from the Caribbean. it was not a pretty night. dangerous stuff- 73% Alc. & supposedly other 'active' ingredients.
like i said, very ugly.

Somebody had a bottle at the Super Bowl party and was sippin' it pretty good. Didn't take him long to get stupid. Spent the fourth quarter in either the prone position on the deck or worshipping the porcelain portal (at least he didn't have to endure the end of the game). Stuff smells kinda funky.
