Plug Building and Health issues
I joined a Cardio health club and been working out a little over a month . Not trying to be Arnold , but do I feel better . I remember Mac blimping up when he was building . He seems to be back in shape last I saw the stranger. I couldn't help but notice all the builders in the Portly Anglers club . Health Club cuts into my plug building time for sure . My quota's way off ..

I was always wondering too if plug builders contract any respiratory problems from all the dust and fumes they inhale.... I couldn't help but wonder if that led to Hab's diminished health. Was just interested in knowing because I know some builder's spend all day in the "cave" breathing the same air.

I can't see the bottom of my bench top. I haven't even cleaned the sand off my waders, but I hit the gym 5 to 6 times a week in the off season. health is my main concern. I will work on some plugs soon

I suspect wood dust was not the problem, but long term exposure can cause lung disease and sinus cancer.

Being fat and having an overwhelming desire to continuosly make plugs at the same time is all due to a defective genetic makeup.
Your DNA strand has a few "gaps".

Why even try.........

Hey, I'm down 12 lbs an almost 2 belt loop sizes...
I know feel thin..at 267 lbs..
I had to take 2 weeks off from the gym.I will hit it hard next week..
My goal is 230 which I have not seen in at least 12 yrs..
Chuck Ledell better Look Out then MFer'
It's all anout the genes.or is it the next size up jeans..'
I'm so confused..It's a good time to make plugs.

what did I hit to make it so dark??
I kinda agree on one aspect there are only so many hrs in a day but
when I'm in shape I certainly have more energy to take advantage of the time that is available thats for sure....
U lug a 50 lb bag of fat around an it wears u out by the end of the day.
I know one thing, if I spent half as much time on this putr I would be way more productive. But then I would miss all the special threads like this one.
I think I'm gonna move the computr to the garage.
