Does anyone know who makes this?
Got this with a few other plugs and was kind of baffled at this one. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. It's definitely an interesting plug. What threw me off was how the tail spins.

The one pictured is not mine. That one looks like it was made for musky with the two belly hooks. Several commercial manufacturers make one like it. Most use screw eyes in the front section. Mine are thru wired in both sections. Besides myself, only the Professor and #^^^^^^^^^^^& have one one of mine. Tail spins and kicks up the water. Move it like a dying bunker to slay the bass.

Oh well, I tried. Look similar, although I didn't drag my ass down cellar to see the actual plug. I will fish it this spring Adam.

It's a Poes. Got their spooks and Flaptails as well in the collection.
Keen eye for the plug guy.
