You'll find all kinds of good info here. Guys are pretty good about answering questions too. What types of lures are you making? What do you catch with them in Bulgeria?

The only book (1970's) of which I am aware is an old book called "Tackle Craft" by Vlad Evandorff (sp?). Use the search function on this forum and you will find plenty. Tackleunderground.com and Stripersonline.com also have extensive lure building forums. Goodluck.

PS. Is good old Hirsto Stoikonovich still breaking legs over there?

I have a book called the "complete book of tackle making", It deals with alot of freshwater stuff, and some salt water stuff. It also details rod making and pretty much everything else, it's a good read.. But there is so much information on this board it is scary.. use the search feature, it will be your best friend.

60 % of the time, it works every time.

daffy;
We can answer allot of your questions. If you don't understand just say so and we can try harder.
"hoax" is something that is not true. Or something somone did that is not real.

And there is a well known American custom that after you make your first batch of lures, you send some to all the guys on S-B.com who say that they look great. What better way to see if the'll catch fish than to have the guys here test them out for you?
