Whale Watching Excitement

Played tourist in my own town this morning and went out on a whale watch with my girl. Great Captain, crew, flat seas and active whales made for a fun morning. Took lotsa pics and this video of a pod of humpbacks getting scary-close to a pleasure boat. Listen for the guys response when I yell out to him as I think he may have nearly soiled himself!

Do it soon before the swells from Bertha make it an unpleasant experience!

I was out there yesterday for about ten hours and it was one of the most active Whale days I've ever seen. Lot's of bait, lots of whales and no Tuna Joy.

The beatings will continue until morale improves

Sheet, you don't need a boat, 2na, me and I think Rappin' Mikey was there too, were on the Race in the trucks yesterday and the finbacks were all over the place in close feeding on sandeels.

There must have been thirty boats pulling wire along the drop off at 2nd rip.

Me and the wife just sat under the beach umbrella sipping cocktails, bs'ing with 2na Mike, and having a disco bitchin good time.

Why even try.........

Went on Dolphin Fleet boat last week, saw tons of whales. Daughter's had a blast. What was even more fun, was the Pirate Cruise. A must if you have kids, they are still talking about it...
