I've seen several boats launched and hauled recently with no problems. Very low tides can be difficult.

How big's the boat and how far into the water do you want to back your truck? Had to get the back tires pretty wet launching my 20'er about 2 1/2 hrs before high the other day. Retrieving a little after high was no problem though. Unless you're hell bent on launching there, Ft. Adams or Sakonnet might be options as well although I'ver never used Sakonnet ramp with a boat over 14ft. Have fun

No fee at Fort Adams. Very easy launch. Not as challenging as beach 3

it appears to be the best choice. My 21 MSKIFF will be happy to be wet and used.

Like Rhody said-no fee, nice dock, nice ramp and protected. All the things third isn't.
