Movies you can watch again and again
Some movies just don't get old. Airplane is on right now and I think I find something new every time I watch it. Nice to see they have "remastered"(?) it and it looks pissah, filling the screen w/o having to stretch it. I have a list of others in my head, just curious to see what everyone else thinks.  |

Airplane is definitely one. Some others for me: Jaws, Blazing Saddles, Kelly's Heroes, Tombstone, Young Frankenstein.

I'm a sucker for The Sandlot. Favorite movie growing up, even though it's PG, it's a timeless classic for any baseball lover.

We find whenever Oceans 11 is on TBS or whichever station runs it a lot we always end up watching it. The Bourne and Matrix movies are also ones I can watch over and over.

Great list here. I can't believe I forgot about Dazed & Confused. And Starsky and Hutch was one of those movies that I didn't like the first time I watched it, like Anchor Man. Then after seeing it again, I started quoting it to annoy my wife. Sometimes when I ask my son to do something, he says (in the Ben Stiller tough guy voice) "do it, do it" like in the scene in the bar from the movie. |
