Pure Sleep

Pure Sleep, anyone use it? My wife got me a set and I used it last night. Didn't sleep to good and removed it after about 6 hours. Felt like I was at the dentist with them working on my front teeth...... (that was what I had dreams of....almost a nightmare)

Supposedly be able to sleep a full night with it in a few days. So my question to anyone who uses it; does iit work? And does the comfort level get better? Thanks

DOLOMITE a calcium /magnesium powder drank with milk
-stirred well
promotes restful sleep as does melatonin... (supplement)
which we are all in short supply of during the winter...

It's a plastic mouth insert that is supposed to help stop snoring. You heat it up in boiling water and custom fit it to your bite.

yeah those mouth piece things are supposed to extend your lower JAW outwardly enough
to allow for more air flow...

i question the logic of that...but

allot of times it's the eating habbits
or drinking habbits one has prior to bedtime

that makes one snore louder -as my wife says

digestion of beer is an exercise even if you have just one

Mac been using it since the summer. The pain will subside just motrin it up till then. Your ligaments are stretching. It stopped me from grinding my teeth, and I no longer am snoring. Just ask my wife how well this thing works..

But it I ever make it back to Cutty with the group I will leave it home so I can compete with the other lumberjacks....

You both should be signing on for June......
