Plug get together 2003 pt.II

OK, so we have a whole lotta people coming to this thing. Time to discuss some other things.
I'll be ready by 9:00 so you can come anytime from 9-10 or whenever you can make it and we'll hang untill 4-5 or so like last time.
If any of you can carpool I'd appreciate it, I'll clear the driveway and if it's not wet, the front yard is ok too, otherwise park along the road somewhere.
I have a grille if anyone wants to burn some grub, there has been some talk of some interested in going to the all you can eat Buffet next to Victory supermaket on rt.28 to have some eat-a-thon or some contest between BM and fishweewee, so if any want to go there for luch that's fine by me. We can also order Pizza like last time. I'll be sure to have some homemade brownies again and have cold sodas and water, BYOB.

Now I know that a few guys will bring stuff to sell so bring money to spend and if you want plug building supplies maybe Habs or capesams can help with some stuff so ask them. Got Stripers may bring an assortment of his rubba also. I'm not positive if anyone else will have anything for sale.

I know mrpogie wants to give a demonstration on the bottle swimmer lips so that will happen by the drill press. If anyone else wants to demonstrate anything, by all means go right ahead. And bring some plugs to demo or copy or just show off
I will try to have a bunch of plugs the same in various stages of completion to show a step by step for those who are just getting started( I was so busy last year I didn't get a chance)
If anyone wants to bring a lathe or atleast bring your turning chisels, that would be great, so far I have a mini grizzly and #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& said he'd bring his and BM will bring his Jet and his mini and also I hope his bandsaw and maybe sander too. So there may only be room for 1 or 2 more lathes

I'll have tables setup and benches cleared. There also is a paint room with ventilation for the painting process, we won't have to compete with Got Stripers rubba pouring this year

I just ask that everyone be respectful of others tools or plugs and try to use BM's mini-lathe for sanding which will be by the dust collector to try and keep the dust down to breathable levels.

It's good to see the interest in this thing and I look forward to it. It will be good to see some of you again and finally meet the others. Hopefully I won't have a shop full of custom kitchen cabinets in the way

at the time of this thing, but I am starting a very large job soon. I'll make room though.

So I'll see you all next year, Jan. 4th
