Some good news on the seal front...

http://www.calgaryherald.com/technol...tml?id=1302423

Now if only we could get AquaSkinz to make a seal skin bag...tough, water resistant, and every bag is one less rat on the beach.

I suggest seal blubber as a new source of bio fuel. If whale blubber worked in lamps way back when, why can't seal blubber work in my car?

Hey JohnnyD, I dare you to get some of those seal pelts, make a nice full body swim suit and go practice your breaststroke off one of the Chatham beaches.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

Shouldn't seal skin make for a nice waterproof top, as long as the seams are done properly .

Boy would that be a hilariously entertaining surprise for the kids that come by on the new "Seal Watching" trips.

Now, if only I could swim.
