Pioneer Direct-drive PL-250 Turntable
I have never ever used this turntable. It is about 28 years old and is obviously in perfect just out of the box condition. Thier must be someone out there who still turns vinyl. I used the other elements of the system, but never this one. I think it sells new for about $200.00 today, but they don't make them as good as this one is.
Any takers?

What is this "Vinyl" of which you speak?

So Swimmer, how much are you asking for the old Victrola...

I have that same turntable, it's solid as a rock, about two years older than yours. They do not make them like that anymore.
|
Why even try.........

I'm out - but I don't think the turntable will last long if anyone is interested -

Ahh! That reminds me of the technics SL-D2 my brother and I bought with our paper route money back in 1978 or there-abouts. It had the strobe to adjust the speed. The new recievers don't have the third wire input for the old turntables. Bummer. The new turntables have USB for hooking up to your computer and downloading your lps to a file.

Crafty was right, cooping till the shift change. Sorry I didn't get back on this in a more timely fashion. $150.00 is what they go for used. This, although 28 years old, is brand new, entirely unused, just dusty. I want $150.00 for it. I don't dare ship it, so it would have to be a meet somewhere for anyone who does buy it. Let me know. First $150.00 takes it.

I have the same one, or had the same one, my brother in law recently took it and had it refurbished and enjoys all the old records on it.
