anybody know of a decent place for my bud from PA to rent for the month(s) of June and July??? Westerly/Pawcatuck area is preferable- he typically fishes for a few days mid week, and would like to leave his boat up there to avoid towing back 'n forth all the time (so the place should be safe/secure too). anything decent, with room for 2 guys (maybe 3 from time to time)...... finished garage/renovated room back in the barn would be perfect.

thought I'd bump this once- anyone? like I said, it doesn't have to be anything great; just a place to flop down after fishing and (hopefully) leave the boat to avoid towing back 'n forth to PA all the time.

I have a good friend and fishing buddy with a rental property in Westerly - Sheltor Harbor (very safe community). He may even have a mooring this year too, but I'm not sure on that one. I'll pass this on to him. He's away on vacation right now, so he may not get right back to you.

try lavins landing in westerly, they have a ramp and he could probably keep the boat there on the trailer fairly cheap. they also have some little cottages for rent. might get a package deal
