ewww been there, done that
Our old 19' Glastron Bow-Rider started taking on water on us 3 years ago, we managed to hit the 75 hp outboard and use the 2 bilge pumps and get to shore... she started filling up over near prudence island- while on the VHF radio we made it all the way to okaland beach , beach the boat right up on the beach... the lifeguard says: "Sorry, you can't park here guys" My dad picked up a 5 gallon bucket full of water from the boat- pours it out and says
"LADY, DOES IT LOOK LIKE WE ARE PARKING HERE FOR CHOICE??"

that experience sucked, but the boat was an easy fix, the seal around where the bilge plug goes corroded..
Sold it for a down payment on the 26' SeaRay......much better boat
IS THAT THE S.S. MINNOW? GILLIGAN, I THINK YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS OUT!
I say, 1946 Chris Craft...
Always make sure your bilge pump works- could be the differance of an expensive salvage or a quick fiberglass/silicone seal job.
