Cool they are hot for harring

Just because you can't touch the Herring doesn't mean you can't fool the striper.
This guy fell for a bunker spoon on wire at about 15 feet down in 17 feet of water at the locks of the mystic river.

as an aside, I was at the Charles today...the herring were thicker there then I ever remember seeing them!!!
