Help freddy42.exe infected computer

Any help?
I went onto Facebook this morning and ended up with trojan called freddy42.exe. I think that is the name.

Is there a way to get rid of this? I installed the free verson of AVG and ran it but it did not remove it. I have also fold a fold that was labeld "prefect" or something similar and removed it. It had file names that come up when I ran the AVG. They were st_124... files. I deleted all of these too. I am running AVG again. The porblem it causes is it hijacks your browser.

Thanks for any help!......
