Crimps & Braid??

Due to my diabetes my hands are shot and I am not really able to tie knots any longer, and if I can mange to do it, it takes forever to do!

So I was thinking of using crimps, but I am not sure I can hold and thread a crimp and if you can use them on small mono or braid?? Most of my rods have braid and I like to use it.

Thanks just thinking out loud

braid won't hold in a crimp, but smaller mono works great.

Jinkai make a crimp size K that says its for mono "50lb test and smaller - 0.62 mm and smaller"

hope that helps.

Thanks Jay, I think I will have a snap swivel tied on and just try crimping my leaders.

Thanks Jay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a crimper today, I would love nothing more then to have someone do them for me, but I want to try to do as much as I can to keep my hands moving some. I feel if I don't keep them moving they will come useless all that much faster.

thanks again!!
