I think Noah built the ark faster than that . What size is your boat, how many cubits by how many cubits?

Sry,, just popped into my head....

GOD, "Scrounger, I want you to be build me a fishing boat, 8 cubits by 4 cubits. Power it with a yamaha 200 and equip it with all the latest electronics"

Scrounger: "GOD will I be able to use the boat?"

GOD, "Yes, but only after August 15th. And I get it every other weekend after that"

sorry not trying to bust your balls, just making a "funny"....

I just caught my first keeper of the season yesterday AM. Hit a rough patch and hadn't really made it out since June 1st.

Kinda slow for me too...

Left Hull at sunrise...beautiful morning....real flat calm. Saw big schools of silversides popping the surface between Bumpkin and Peddocks. Looked promising but no birds and nothing underneath...probably just feeding. Made the loop out by Georges to Nixes, around to Spectacle and back under the bridge...not much life. Headed outside down to Minot's and back up to Graves looking to run over some blues...nothing. Hit Allerton for a bit and back at the dock by 10:00am. Outside temp reading in the truck said 99 when I got in. Ouch!

The good news is that there is still tons of baitfish around. I'd thought by now there would be some blues inside pushing them up but it has not happened yet. Feel free to PM to share intel.

Sounds very close to my loop as well... except my Jeep said 100 when I got back to it.
