Striper Fest
Team Striper pulled a miraculous finish to win it again. Congrats to Team Striper.
Don't know where we finished, couldn't hear squat.
Good time, good seeing the crew.
Wet.
I'd like to put out a sincere thank you to all the S-B'ers that fished their nuts off for Team S-B.
We will get it back next year.

Great time except for the band who looked like a cross between the Rolling Stones in the morgue and John Fogarty haven taken too much malox. So friggin" loud I was 6 inches from JR's face and he coundn't hear me and I couldn't hear him.
Great seeing a lot of old friends and meeting some faces I can now put with names.

Congrats to Rob for Angler of the year or top gun or whatever they are calling it. He worked very hard this year. Consistancy tells a lot and he got that.

A BIG thumbs up to Rob for a well-deserved Angler of the Year award...
Without a doubt one of the most dedicated surf fishermen out there and a helluva good guy to boot
Congrats, Robbie - you earned it!

Was fun, next year will show a few hours later, too much standing around.
Maybe next year they can fix the web updates, so fish dont show up months later on the board. just sayin'

Not that I am a beer expert, but I did not find the beer to be that bad at all. I found it to be very similar to Budweiser, not that Bud is incredible or anything, but I can think of many other worse beers that what I had at the Striperfest.

Kudos to Rob for being a determined and complete angler. The award is well deserved especially considering how much it meant tothe competition.I can't wait to shake his hand,if it's not too scraped up from catching fish.
