favorite plug to build
Hello everybody,
I've been away from the forum, my lathe, and the beach this Summer and Fall. I'm sitting here flipping through pics on the forum and getting fired up to make some sawdust this Winter. Since i'm really bored at work right now I wanted to ask everybody what plug do you enjoy making the most???
Last year was my first full year of making plugs and really liked making Danny plugs and big 3 1/2 oz. Musso style trollers. I was very happy with the finished product and the way they swam when I tested them out.
Again, what plug do you like to make the most? Pics would be a plus!
Great to be back!

I like sexy metal lipped swimmers with curves! Having fun with the Floyd Roman Nike right now! I also like replicating the classics!

Ditto, I'm going to give the Nike a try this weekend. I also love the classics, plan on doing many this winter.

I like reproing the oldies and refinishing oldies. Spinning vintage style A-40's & Jrs. I have a slightly smaller jr which has a tail slug. I think it's called a A-54b.
