Who's going to work????
I ain't, there is no sense in it. Even if we get to work, we would be parking on main streets and walking to the houses. Even then we would be getting towed. I paged my boss at 530 to let him know. Snow was up to my knees in some spots of my driveway. We shoveled out about 5 times last night. There is no place to put the snow..

Here at 5:50 - we have to relieve shifts - you can't go until your guy shows - peer pressure is a good motivator to get your a$$ in on time !!!
Had fun Sat. nite - good to put faces to names. Hope we can gather again to fish.

At work here, once you dig out of your driveway the roads are fine, they are down to bare pavement in most spots.

No way! Not double & double!!!!
Comm is at 800K or so now and 2 fish per would probably have a closed season - this sucks!

I'm here.......Waiting for everyone to get dug out so we can start. We did start 2 hrs late though.
It pays to have the LT Governer and a Rep living on the nearest Main road to your house Once I get down off the dead end road it's clear sailing.
John/Beetle, my whole family had it about a week ago, 2 days per person............

At work today... nobody is here!...
What blows me away is how many IDIOTS there are on the
highways flying along at 70-80mph on a frozen crusted highway!
This happened even yesterday in the midst of it all!
I'm sure glad that the roads were not too busy this morning!
This way, nobody gets hurt by these moron's!

I'm finally there, but since my office is only 100 feet from the house, I've got no excuses . Still another 2 hours of shoveling, on top of the 2 I did late afternoon yesterday and the 2 my kids did last night. We are hip deep in the stuff, it's well past the halfway point on my 4 foot picket fence, I'd guess we got 25 or better easy.

work from home...not a problem.
RE: SB...Comm's will get back to 100% quota of pre-crisis days....That much I am sure.
Recs will stay pat at 1 fish. (can you imagine if the recs went back to their pre-crisis quota...16" fish all you want?)
This is so screwed up it has become a non-fixable problem in its current form. The ONLY hope it to make the SB a game fish. With all the recs out there that could actually happen.

I worked all day yesterday and today . Driving from building to building trying to find access to the rooms that arent online ( I use the sidewalk to park ) . This place never closes . we have our own power generation here along with everything any city has ( trash crews , plows , cops and every trades men imaginable ) . I ended up with over 28" of snow at my house and shoveled myself out quick this morning . Good work out ! then I had to come to work " on time " . bastages Id rather be toboganing and building snow tunnels and forts with my girls .

Gents,
Woke up @ 5 am to shovel my driveway...
took shower, drove 1 hr to Needham, shoveled out work...
Lunch very slow, felt stupid...
All cooks called out sick, told them not to come in...
Ran dinner with me and a dishwasher, figured what harm could it do...
Got smoked by everybody who stayed home shoveling...
Just getting home..ready to go back to do it again...
Good thing you guys took it easy on me this weekend.
Later,
Rick
