Who's plug is this??
Found on the big beach late in the season, someone put a lot of love into it. Pictures don't do it justice - very well built, beautiful finish, made of cedar, I believe. Nice squid eye on the bottom. Even the late great Shiraka couldn't ID it.
If it is yours and you can tell me the details of how it was rigged and where you lost it you'll get it back, provided you'll trade me for another!

I'm in fear that the seals will take it from me if I throw it. It has beautiful balance and weight - I know it'll go a mile. If no one claims paternity I'll bring it to you and see if I can get you to make me some!
Can't wait for the fest - was just trolling some of the threads in the other forums. Was on your site too - looking forward to the 1 oz prey.

I don't think it's Gags...
Why..
#1. epoxy, the finish is too vibrant (shinny)
#2. nickle belly grommet every Gags i own or seen uses brass.
#3. tail wrap and sunken nose grommet.
Tail wrap on yours is a little bent in the loop tells me that it wasn't done in 1 motion, Gags look to be done in 1 motion. Sunken nose grommet, not 1 gags plug i own or seen has a fully set nose grommet let alone a sunken one.
#4. blue back herring not olive and that pink is way too hot.
To be honest i believe it to be one of MAC's.
I could be wrong about it being one of MAC's, but look at other Gag's then look at yours again.

Thanks Leptar - I went to the Gag's site to compare and your points are well taken. Also, I didn't find that color scheme there.
