Im just looking to pick a few brains. Ive been steadily building my firms sharepoint site, and wanted to get some ideas on where to go next to accomplish my goals.

Ive been moving in the other direction.. everything was really spread out so I am trying to move stuff INTO sharepoint. So far I have had a bit of success... Learning alot too.
My goal for the year was to become a sharepoint guru and greatly enhance my SQL skills...
