Thumbs up vegetable Gardening

the season coincides with
the return of the COWS

but

i was sitting here looking at a "seeds of change" seed catalog
and saw this one type of broccolli called NUTRI-BUDD
that has extra free .....or loose L- Glutamine
an amino acid that aids in healing

Bingo i thought!

as i need to heal myself too...
because i'll sneeze and cough simultaneous sometimes
so damn hard -> it knocks me to my knees -> gasping for air
(a result of too many years of sawdust and sheet rock dust)

like an ATHSMA attack... so i am (have been) searching for answers

so i did a quick study on it....

and just read this....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Specifically, glutamine in your brain improves your:
[Attentiveness
Concentration
Focus
Memory levels
Helps keep your mind crystal clear
~~~~
thumbs UP !

for becki and craig .....at our age..... we need more Glutamine!!

so for this particular broccolli ...............i'll be growing it this year ...ohhh yeah !
