BUT I GUESS A BOAT BACKFIRED & THEN CAUGHT FIRE ...BETWEEN THE ISLANDS . AROUND A 20 FT ..... BURNT TO THE WATER LINE ......... WHOEVER WAS ON IT JUMPER INTO THE WATER .............. A DIGGER RAN OVER & PULLED HIM / THEM OUT ;;
CAN,T FISH ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY .SOOOOOOOOOOO I,M GOING DIGGING ;
THESE %$%$%$%$IN REGULATIONS MAKE NO %$%$%$%$IN SENCE @ ALL  |

In Boston Harbor, I came around a corner and spotted a guys engine on fire about 10 years back. When I came over to help him he got pissed at me. He didn't want me to call the harbormaster.
It was the weirdest thing.
He had his f'ing kid on the boat.
