VMC 1/0 6x strong

you use em on asalt bombers? or do they mess up the action. not sure if got a bad lot of 4x or if VMC quality had taken a dive bomb. i know they are only 1/0's, but i don't remember straightening trebles on fish under 20# last year.

http://www.striped-bass.com/Stripert...ion.html:hang: Those hooks bend but they definitely bend easier with a winched down drag. And I seem to remember someone realizing that their drag was too tight when they were fishing an asalt w/ 4x hooks.

Go with 6x and we'll see who gets more fish.
