Rod recommendation??
I'm looking to build a rod for a relative that would be a lighter eeling rod. Something between my Loomis 965 and a Saber 1088. But the blank must be a two peice. Where I have convinced said relative on the merits of chasing fish larger than two pounds, he insists that he carry his gear inside his car. Doesn't want to mess up the external appearance of his luxo-sedan if you know what I mean... I'm looking to build him a nice rod and will pay upto $100 (maybe more) for just the blank. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas...
