Wicked Good Lump Charcoal
I just picked up a bag after reading rave reviews about the stuff across the net. I have to say it is really is that good. if you are used to cowboy from Homies this is amazing. There are actually very large pieces, and it all seems to be natural wood (no rocks or other strange debris) and burns LONG and clean. I did some ribs this weekend plus some chicken halves in the smoker and on my kettle grill. Made a big difference. For anyone who is semi serious about their BBQ - try this stuff.
