or it's other members of Alien Races that

in the planetary position it occupies

in the Star Trek Federation of Planets

where many off world civilizations have
banded together to keep the neighborhood safe
you could say..........

this is what's going on here and now
theres a federation of Aliens
that would LIKE us to join their federation
but we are way to WAR like (immature)
and nuclear weaponry will not be tolerated
