Another kind of ouch

Had on a 18" rigged eel, 1205 arra with 40# braid. Fish WAS taped with electrical tape. Back cast got caught in a rock outcropping. Cut through the tape and pulled some drag...

Primary reason I have two right handed stinky slimy worn Askinz gloves and 3-4 perfectly new left handed gloves (I gave more out to leftys) . Cut my finger on 30# PP way deep with wet skin.

My finger is tattooed from doing that 5 years ago. Whiplash left some ink. Last year, cut the exact same friggin spot. Tattoo is still there.

Now I sport Skinz gloves with kevlar finger tips ...

and.... a herring !!
