The remnants of Earl are going to mess things up for this weekend.
Wind and surf tomorrow and Friday will make things challenging.

No so on Sat.
I was offshore sat.
Cranking out of the south, ran to PH looking for shelter, not much better there there. Though it was nice with so few boats out !

Yea I was with the "Pogie fleet" over there, got bait and went fishing in that snotty crappy sea. By the time I left the bay, there was only 1 or 2 boats in sight.

Weather forcasting is BS....what job can you be wrong over and over and not get fired?

I did manage a bunch of blues, some very big ones too.

Rest of this week is looking crappy too.

I didn't go out yesterday as planned (glad I made the decison not too).

As for the forecast, I thought it was wierd that they were calling for 10-15 NE winds with gusts to 20 but that waves would be 1 foot or less in the harbor. Didn't sound right to me.
