You carve them up really early for Halloween, don't they turn to mush before anyone even comes to do the mischeif and smash'em?

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Yes but that adds to the affect, as far as kids smashing them...none of 'em come in my yard. I have two Rottweilers that don't like when anyone comes in the yard, all the kids know not to come near my house.
Next weekend I'll carve out a few more, use the mush ones for effects. It doesn't take long to carve them, I can do one in 10 minutes, found a drywall/keyhole saw works the best for quick mutilation.

So you're basically "Baiting"...using the Pumpkins to lure in unsuspecting meals for the Rottweilers...

Must not get many trick-or-treaters come to the door to give out candy too unless they bring treats for the dogs?

Not really, alot of people just keep walking. My dogs are very friendly IF I'm home and out there with them. My son is 10, the dogs are awesome with him and his friends. It's more the parents that know the pooches are there that are terrified. The teenagers who would steal the stuff know not to come near the house at dark anyways..they hear the dog's owner is real mean!

I had a sign made: "BEWARE: Dog is friendly, OWNER bites"
Looks like I need to pass on to you?

it's a shame that you couldn't get the dogs to wear pumpkin masks to chase the kids. That would freak them out bigtime!

I just hope no kids dress up as a jar of peanut butter! There's no stopping the dogs for that stuff!
