This is the only section I visit in this forum... so here's to all the dear lure-maker who's made 2010 a wonderful year and may there be more to come.

how many coasts of clear to you have on those bad boys?

One coat of Devcon 2T 30min, but below that is 2 layers of clear lacquer and a few more in between the color layers. Clear separates the color layers making the colors float. But I don't think the fish cares and the clear btw colors also makes cleaning up some slight mistakes possible.

Salty, I'll try to; hopefully 2011 marks the end of w/shop building which was put off a few times due to natural and human disasters (human part is more procrastination and financial constrains).

Happy New year LaPala and excellent work on those plugs! How does the epoxy hold up with the teeth of those giant snakeheads you catch over there?
