It depends on the size of the hen, is it a game hen, or a domestic chicken hen, is it big or small, i would say 10 pounds

I wonder if it is part of the Old Lifesaving Services equipment? Maybe what they used to tie the breeches buoy chair too in the days of old. Where is it? Just wondering.
