Hero of Band of Brothers....
Richard Winters, real life inspiration for
the HBO series died at age 92 last week.
He was very humble about his leadership
role as are most of WWII guys. They will
tell you that they are not the heros, the
heros were those who never came home.
Winters was a hero because he brought
his men home.
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he today that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my bother.
God bless Richard Winters and his band of brothers.
