Ballsy Move in Baghdad!
Elements of the 3rd ID made a lap of western Baghdad to the Tigris and back. After all, as per the Iraqi Information Minister, the Republican Guard units pushed the Amis out of the airport and they are nowhere near Baghdad now. I wonder what they'll say tomorrow ...

Another great moment in Iraqi television

Yesterdam we had "Saddam" working the crowd, a bunch of folks wearing leather jackets and sweatshirts on a 100 degree day in Baghdad

These guys are even worse than TASS, when they claimed those old geezers who led the USSR between Brezhnev and Gorby were in the hospital with "bad colds".

The Iraqi Information Minister announced that Iraqi troops have made great progress in the war so far, and they are fast approaching the American enemy. He was proud to announce that the elite Republican Guard has pushed forward, and is now approximately only 9,000 miles outside of Washington, DC.
