Remedy for Foot Pain...

have you ever had some kind of arch pains or foot pain like...i don't know any of them, but u get the ideas. i had one before when i was surffishing on the back river. i used the flat wading sneakers. everytime i walk for an hour or so, even standing, my soles start to get hurt. and also my feet's sole or arches get hurt from wearing a pair of sneakers while walking on the beach. there is a man i know who used to surfcast in his past, but he stopped for a while because of the bad footing.

some people can get bad footing from walking or standing on the beach too long. i was thinking that i might have bought the wrong kind of shoes or soemthing. i am considering about buying a new pair of wading shores or boots for rocky and sandy beaches to prevent from any bad foot pain.
i was wonderign if you have any recommendation or give me some general ideas, then i can research or find them on my own.

thanks.

Get a pair of arch supports from a sporting goods store and try them inside your wading shoes or wader boots.

Most wader boots have terrible arch support. That's why some people prefer stocking-foot waders and wading boots over waders with the boots already attached. I have arch supports in my wader boots, and in both pairs of short boots I wear on jetties. They do make a difference.

I swear by Dr Shool's inserts on the beach or the boat . . . the vibrations on the boat drive me nuts without them.
