rolling plug

I have a plug, sandeel imitation, it rolls when it swims. Is that a bad thing and does that mean I need more belly weight?

The eye goes about 3/4 up then the same down

It is fine, don't sweat it.
If the design works, paint future ones solid colors and leave out the eyes.
