Sebile "Ghost Walker"

OK, so we all received our goodie bag from the OTW Striper fest which included a t-shirt and a sebile "ghost walker" lure.

What is the deal with this lure? There are no instructions on the package so I'm not sure what kind of action you need to put on it (if any) in order to produce results.

I thought that maybe you are just supposed to cast it near where you suspect a cow striper is lurking and scare the fish to shore where you can just reach down and grab it out of the shallows. It is ghostly and scary!

The minute the fish see's your mug staring at it, it's gonna head right back into the depths it came from.

You have a seance and the "spirits" tell you where the fish are!
Of course by the time you get to that spot the fish have moved on!

Or you could fish it as mentioned earlier!

Thanks Stiff Tip. I did read an article about some folks killing schoolies with them. I got my first schoolies this year using a rattle trap.

Frasier: Niles, I’ve just had the most marvelous idea for a website! People will post their opinions, cheeky bon mots, and insights, and others will reply in kind!

Niles: You have met “people”, haven’t you?
