Ditch Troll Raffle

Don't Miss This One ....
The Ditch Troll's Raffle

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Ditch Trolls are holding a raffle to benefit a local Children's charity. Our goal is to raise over $1,000.00 for the kids in the name of the Ditch Troll Fishing Club. The raffle starts today and runs through Saturday June 4th, the drawing will be held at M&D bait and tackle that afternoon, the time will be determined later and posted on Striped-Bass

You DO NOT need to be there the day of the drawing to claim a prize (one exception is the clam bake). We will mail all prizes the following week. Prizes will be drawn starting with the lowest retail cost up to the grand prize which is currently the Shimano Stella 10000 SW. Each Ticket drawn leading up to the grand prize will be placed back into the hat for the final drawing so everyone is eligable for the grand prize regardless of winning a previous prize.

The raffle tickets will sell for $10.00 each or $20.00 for 3. You can purchase tickets at M&D

The generosity of the fishing community has been overwhealming and people continue to make donations almost daily. If you are interested in making a donation or know someone who would be interested please send a private message to me or swing by M&D bait and Tackle in Wareham and speak to Mike.

Below is the list of raffle prizes, some will be raffled individually while others will be paired together. Each Sunday leading up to the raffle I will add any new donations to this list.

It looks like you are not charged the shipping or sales tax. I bought $100 worth online and my AMEX bill was $100 even.

Mike said he is going to Email the numbers.

Did anyone ever post an answer to this question?

No big deal not having actual tickets (I guess) as long as Mike (M&D) assigned me the winning numbers when I purchased on-line a month ago. At least I haven't seen anything other than the charge to my AMEX. If e-mail'd might have gone to SPAM/Junk but don't think so and I haven't seen anything in the snail mail.

I ordered my tickets online, along with some other goodies....took about 3 days and I received the goodies, along with the actual raffle-tickets.

What I'm not sure about, is whether Mike is logging email addresses against ticket numbers...When the raffle is done, will the winning numbers be posted online or the email address that ordered them? How is the winner being notified if he/she is not in attendance?

Hopefully posting this answer online will eliminate 30 PMs....

Haven't received tix in the mail yet, but I'm not concerned. The raffle isn't for a while. I also didn't check my bank statement to see if tax and shipping were actually charged. Anyone have an answer to that?
