It's that time of year again

Dear Commercial Striped Bass Endorsement Holder:

The 2011 Striped Bass season opens on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 and will remain open until the quota of 1,061,898 pounds is reached.

The commercial size limit is 34 inches total length.
Striped bass may only be harvested by hook and line.
They must be kept whole, with head, tail, and body intact - mutilation (other than evisceration) is prohibited.
Commercial fishermen may not possess or land more than 30 striped bass per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and 5 striped bass per day on Sundays during the open season. No commercial landings are allowed on Monday, Friday, and Saturday.

LETS GO BRANDON

Great news! Too many 34" fish around these days for sure. Better to kill 'em before they multiply.

Does anyone remember that video of them hauling stripers out of the water with a net from the beach using PU trucks? (I think it was NC)
I am trying to find that disgusting vid.

And think there's a whole great big bunch of those considerate cincientious sportsmen on this site that make good money already that hold a commercial ticket. Greedy selfcentered ------------------------------. That they are.

See even I can be politically correct and not say the words here. But I sure do in person.
