Women's WC
Just a shout out to the women's US Nat Team.
I don't think they're all that good, and I am certainly not a big women's sport fan, but that one was helluva gutsy effort against Brazil, and resulted in one of the most enjoyable sporting events I have ever seen. A real testament to what an incredible sport soccer is. Nothing else comes close to capturing the complexity, drama, and struggle of life in a 90 minute (or in this case, 120 minute) spectacle.
I feel lucky to have seen it.

I was watching the 1st half and got distracted and forgot about the rest of the game. Watching the highlights is not like watching real-time. Sorry I missed it.
Kick France's arse USA in the semi's.

Outplayed today for most of the game that I saw and Solo admittedly not on her game and they still won by 2 goals. Look out Japan.

Incredible goal. Hard to believe she can strike like that and be so hot at the same time.

Man, they just didn't have that killer, put them away instinct. I'm glad the family wasn't home, haven't been that worked up over a game in a while.
