R.I. licens question
can it be purchased at any b+t , heading to the newport area for a few days with the good woman . hope to squeeze in a little fishing .

Freshwater absolutely. Saltwater, I really don't know. Call The Saltwater Edge in Newport. Someone there will know.

Do you already have a MA saltwater license? If so, there's reciprocity with RI so you can use it there. No need to purchase another one.

i do have a mass. licens , i know the licens is a fed. thing but i thought everyone wanted money , that is good news thank you , time to pack some gear
