How is everyone catching their Striped Bass , Chuncking or Trolling?

Do not keep it, if you are not going to eat it

Plugging the rips at night with swimming plugs, trolling tube and worm during the day or live lining macs when I find them, or casting storm plastic baits into the blitzes.

Fished today. Found a few pogies here and there, but they were in scattered little schools. The lone pogie that I managed to snag popped off at boat side, only to get smashed on the surface a minute later. That was all that I saw today.

I got a dozen+ bass yesterday in the boat on 3" Storms. Problem was they were all 18 to 24". The last week it has felt like the tail end of the run use to. Big girls are not to be found from shore or even close in. I was all over Narr Bay yesterday. 3 wayed eels, threw Storms, plugs, jigs. Nothing but smalls.

No boat, back in the suds.

Live macks.... found fish yesterday. I haven't even bothered throwing a plug from the boat.

Went cod fishing off the Bank today.

Like glass until 400 am. Then hard east wind. Didn't see many small boats that's for sure. Easy ride home for me in a big following sea

I haven't seen much in the Harbor since Irene. Early morning is the best time to go; evenings have been slow.

Agreed. Got a couple monster blues and a nice 25# bass yesterday in the pogie mix.

Good fishing in the harbor this past weekend.
Fished one side of the harbor with a charter sat. Lots of fish 18-28 lbs. Biggest 35 lbs
Sunday afternoon charter fished different part of the harbor (had 3 young kids parents & grandfather) so went looking for smaller fish. Lots of teen - 20 lb fish and too many blue fish to count
