Accurate Reels

Does anyone own them or have experience with them?

Spinning or conventional?
I have an older B-270XC twin drag. The reel is built like a tank and the drag is crazy strong. Very well made reels.

I have an SR-30 spinning reel and love it. Never had a problem. Junk? What was your experience likwid? I've caught tuna up to 160pounds on this reel. The SR 30 that I have is built like a tank

i have the older e series 270 and i find it to be a great reel. charkbait had a great deal when accurate changed design, 50% plus a good customer bonus. you can find the 197 or 270 for about 200 bucks used on some of the fishing forum boards. if good condition, that is a good deal

rather be fishin'

I just won a twin drag convential Boss 500...it feels awesome, the clicker is really loud. I plan to put hollow core braid on it with a shortish top shot. I plan to use it for small tuna, bass, blues, cod, jigging etc. It feels a similar to the ShimanoTalica but has a longer cranking arm.
